Elevator Design in New Buildings

KJA is an integral member of the design team whenever a new building with elevators or escalators is being developed.  We are brought in early in the process to ensure the elevating devices work for the intended type of building and occupancy.  KJA uses a unique and proprietary simulation program to model the building and run multiple simulations to determine the real world performance of the building.  KJA has designed all types of buildings such as hospitals, schools, office buildings, hotels, retail malls, complicated multi-use or special use facilities.   We have the capability to truly understand the performance of buildings with dedicated freight cars, sky lobbies and destination oriented systems.

We understand the development process and the construction process and can manage the specification of the elevator system, procurement and construction in the final building.
