Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, Toronto

This 55 storey project blends residential levels with the five star hotel portion in a building of ~600,000 ft2.
Its location in the trendy Yorkville area of Toronto gives it unique character.  A unique feature is that a number of suites are provided with direct access elevator lobbies.  The complex includes a smaller 27 storey dedicated residential tower a grand ball-room, business centre and world-class spa. The design has been finalized and construction is proceeding on schedule.
