The Bow

 At 58 storeys the building area totals 2 million ft2 office and retail space.  This is the first major office development in Canada utilizing a sky lobby elevator system.  This building uses multi sky-lobby office levels designated as garden courts.
This design uses high speed express shuttles to serve from the ground level to the various sky lobby levels.
The combination of high speed express and low speed local elevator groups leads to economies in the total vertical transportation plant.

This building is designed by Foster + Partners of the UK with Zeidler Partnership Architects as the Architect of Record, developed by Matthews Development and will become the new EnCana headquarters when completed in 2011.
