The Residences of the Ritz Carlton, Toronto

This 54 storey building design is a five star hotel and condominium residences in the heart of downtown Toronto.  The mixed use development incorporates a condominium sky-lobby above the hotel section of the building.  Particular attention has been devoted to ride quality with noise and vibration levels minimized.  These are  luxury condominiums - any noise or vibration generated by the elevator system would be quite obvious and objectionable.
KJA  completed the design development phase, including simulations, custom elevator layouts, specifications, tender / contract arrangements and project supervision.  The hotel opened in late 2010.
