Having formerly worked in the Property Management industry for 16 years, Catherine joined the KJA team in 2017, bringing considerable experience.

in Property Management with her that has proven to be beneficial in identifying client’s needs and expectations. Catherine has consulted on hundreds of projects and is currently involved in various aspects of KJA’s regional operations including the overseeing of maintenance program management for key, national accounts such as Cadillac Fairview, JLL/Ivanhoe Cambridge, Cushman & Wakefield and RioCan. As a manager she oversees:

• Account management and client relations

• Modernization project supervision and management

• Maintenance management program supervision

• Personnel support and mentoring

With Catherine’s experience in the Property Management industry, she is able to identify clients’ needs and expectations and deliver them with technical support from others when needed. Catherine’s involvement in the national accounts allows KJA personnel with technical expertise to focus on their craft allowing Catherine to ensure deliverables and contractual targets are being met, KJA teams across the country are adhering to client standards, and record keeping is kept up to date.
