Dave Newmoyer

Dave leverages nearly two decades of vertical transportation industry experience, partnering with clients to create long-lasting solutions for their building needs. His extensive knowledge in new installations and renovations helps to identify potential issues and quickly provide solutions and guidance before they become unmanageable. Whether it’s through negotiation, contract management, due diligence and assessment surveys, renovations, or new installations, Dave offers a seamless client experience second to none.

Prior to joining ATIS, Dave was a modernization manager for Otis Elevator, responsible for managing installation teams, surveying and ordering equipment, and working with code authorities to provide safe and compliant equipment for public use. Before this, he spent 13 years with Kone, Inc., where he held numerous positions including district operations manager, superintendent, and regional field trainer. Dave retired from the United States Air Force (USAF) where he served as an aerospace ground equipment technician. He attended USAF Technical School, Community College of the Air Force, and the University of Phoenix where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in management.
