As a vertical transportation consultant, Michael Bento is currently involved with various aspects of KJA’s operations including maintenance program management, maintenance and technical audits, and elevator modernization and new construction project oversight. Michael has been involved in various national programs for major national real estate and property management firms. New construction and modernization project supervision and management. Michael is currently involved with numerous commercial vertical transportation projects based in the Greater Toronto Area such as the new installations of vertical transportation equipment at Bay Adelaide North Tower for Brookfield Properties, and at the 160 Front Complex for Cadillac Fairview.
He has completed large scale elevator inspections for Oxford, Cadillac Fairview, RioCan, Dream, QuadReal, and other property management companies.
Michael has experience managing several maintenance management programs on both a local and national level. Notable national maintenance portfolio’s he has been involved with include the RioCan Commercial VT and Canadian Tire Retail VT portfolios. Other notable local maintenance management programs Michael is involved with include Oxford’s Richmond Adelaide Centre Complex and GWLRA’s 151 Yonge Street complex in Toronto, ON.
