As a vertical transportation consultant nearing 10 years of experience, Tiffany Chan is currently involved with various aspects of KJA’s operations including maintenance program management, elevator modernization projects, elevator upgrade project oversight, and maintenance and technical audits. Tiffany has consulted on hundreds of projects and has been involved in various national programs for major national real estate and property management firms. As a manager she oversees:

  • Modernization project supervision and management

  • New installation projects related to stair lifts

  • Maintenance management program supervision

  • Account management and client relations

  • General technical assistance and assisting clients on Code related issues

Tiffany is involved with numerous vertical transportation projects based in the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to this involvement, she has completed extensive work as one of the Prime consultants for a 5-year multi-phase Infrastructure Ontario project involving upgrades and modernizations in ~100 buildings across Ontario, including courthouses, Ministry buildings, and notable locations such as the Queen's Park Complex. This project work also includes coordinating between environmental, structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural sub-consultants and work within heritage buildings.

Tiffany has acted as lead consultant and support for hundreds of other elevator and escalator upgrade projects across Ontario. She has provided VT maintenance oversight and ongoing technical assistance for notable clients such as Cushman & Wakefield, Oxford Properties, Cadillac Fairview, RioCan REIT, Colliers, and BGIS, in addition to large-scale inspections and coordination for the City of Toronto, Toronto Community Housing, and Wal-Mart.

She has also inspected hundreds of elevating devices, including work for the provincial and municipal government, and various commercial and residential properties.
