Developed by Tridel, this 69-story building design plus mechanical penthouse includes low-rise and high-rise passenger elevators, parking elevators and freight elevators.

KJA was involved in the design development phase, traffic simulations, custom elevator layouts, specifications, contract arrangements, drawing reviews, project supervision and final commissioning.

Wallman Architects designed the building with Del Condominium taking over condominium management duties.
